Block Crush (blockcrush.net) respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA notice and we will respond promptly.
Where to Send a Notice
Send DMCA notices to support@blockcrush.net.
If the issue is an embedded third-party game, the game provider may control the underlying content. We can still remove links/embeds from Block Crush when appropriate.
DMCA Takedown Notice Requirements
Your notice must include the following information (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list)
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, including the exact URL(s) on Block Crush so we can locate it
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf
What Happens After We Receive a Notice
- We will review the notice for completeness and credibility
- We may remove or disable access to the reported material
- We may notify the party who posted the material (if applicable), including providing a copy of the notice (with personal contact details redacted when reasonable)
Counter-Notification
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to support@blockcrush.net. The counter-notice should include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material removed and the URL where it appeared
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. federal district court
Repeat Infringers
We may, in appropriate circumstances, disable access to content or restrict users who are repeat infringers.
